Questions a buyer asks first
Is the plat approved?
No. The preliminary plat and site development permit were submitted to the City of Bremerton on August 5, 2026 and are under review. The seller carries the entitlement to approval, and closing is conditioned on site plan approval — so the buyer is not taking approval risk, but the approval has not yet issued.
Can the homes be sold fee-simple?
That is the design intent. The plat is laid out as thirty-eight individual lots, and unit lot subdivision is an active part of the entitlement approach, which is what lets a builder convey each attached home fee-simple rather than as a condominium.
What is the six-lot parcel on the frontage?
Parcel 1 is the 17,238 SF parcel carrying the General Commercial frontage designation, laid out with six of the thirty-eight lots. It gives a buyer optionality — for-sale, rental hold, or separate disposition — without disturbing the thirty-two lots on parcels 2 through 4.
What is the finished square footage of each plan?
The preliminary set records building footprints rather than finished area. Footprint dimensions and bedroom counts are published here; the full architecture set, including floor plans and areas for all six plan types, is in the due-diligence package.
Is there a broker?
No. Laughlin Development LLC owns the property and is selling direct. Enquiries go straight to Ian Laughlin.
